This permanent position, available at 80–100% capacity, focuses on providing direct support to residents within a care facility in the Illnau-Effretikon area. The assistant plays a key role in maintaining a supportive environment while working alongside qualified healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, meals, and routine daily tasks.
- Accompany individuals to medical visits, social events, and outdoor walks.
- Contribute to housekeeping duties to ensure a comfortable living space.
- Carry out fundamental nursing procedures under professional supervision.
- Monitor resident well-being and communicate observations to the care team.

- Take part in developing and updating individual care plans.

Requirements
- Successfully completed basic vocational training as an AGS EBA (Health and Social Affairs).
- Proficient German language skills suitable for everyday communication and written documentation.
