Responsibilities

• Ensure that the delegated services are provided while respecting the accompaniment goals for each resident.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of the accompaniment project.

Requirements

• CFC diploma in ASSC or a certification deemed equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field.
• Knowledge of the Carefolio software.

• Comfortable with common IT tools.
