Associate Director, Learning Innovation-Remote

Novartis seeks an Associate Director for Learning Innovation to lead the integration of AI and adaptive technologies into training programs, enhancing scalability and learner personalization.

Operating under the Director of Learning Innovation, this position serves as a primary advocate for advanced learning technologies within the department. The role involves partnering with training staff to identify and implement initiatives that leverage innovation to maximize impact.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate AI and adaptive learning tools into content creation to boost speed, scalability, and personalized learner experiences.
• Work with Product and Skills Training teams to convert complex data into engaging and innovative learning modules.
• Manage standardized design templates, AI prompts, and modular frameworks to ensure consistency across the S&C Training Team.
• Collaborate with the Learning Measurement team to utilize data, engagement metrics, and performance dashboards for continuous design improvement.
• Ensure content accuracy, compliance, and role relevance through structured reviews and collaboration with SMEs and MLR stakeholders.
• Promote new content delivery methods driven by AI technologies.
• Create adaptive microlearning journeys that support field readiness and just-in-time performance support.
• Provide advice on emerging technologies and vendor tools for digital authoring, generative content, and multimedia integration.
• Oversee production pipelines and digital asset governance to maintain quality, efficiency, and brand alignment.
