Uncover true challenges behind a client's strategy and create actionable plans.
Combine research, data analysis, interviews, and brainstorming to generate insights and solutions.
Help clients implement transformations and equip them with tools to continue innovating.
Work on projects across IT modernization, strategy, agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Create work product-focused materials such as PowerPoint decks, Excel models, or written deliverables.

PhD or several years of work experience in computer science, electrical engineering, information systems, technology or related fields.
Internships or first work experience with exposure to technological topics.
Working or studying experience in Switzerland is a must.
Fluency in German (for Zurich) or French (for Geneva) and in English is a must.
Strong organization capabilities to initiate tasks independently.
Strong communication skills to adjust style to different perspectives and seniority levels.
Exceptional time management in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.
Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited notice.
Ability to travel to and work in varying environments that may be challenging.
