Work Selection is seeking an entry-level construction worker for on-site projects in Waedenswil, CH, supporting new builds, renovations, and civil engineering tasks.

This position supports a major client in the construction sector across new builds, renovation projects, and civil engineering works. The role focuses on hands-on site activities, including masonry, formwork, and general construction support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in new construction and renovation projects as well as civil engineering tasks
• Carry out demolition and renovation work
• Support masonry and formwork activities
• Perform general cleaning and helper duties on site

Requirements

• Prior experience as a mason, formwork carpenter, or construction worker
• Strong spatial awareness and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and punctual work habits
• Physical fitness and resilience for demanding site conditions

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of German is beneficial
