Aufgaben

• Manage technical, scheduling, and financial execution of complex excavation and demolition projects.
• Serve as direct contact for on-site teams and coordinate efficient deployment of personnel and modern machinery.
• Handle work preparation, precise change order management, and final project billing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements.
• Maintain contact with clients, engineers, and authorities.

Anforderungen

• Graduation as a federal certified foreman, construction manager, civil engineer, or comparable qualification.
• Solid professional experience in Swiss excavation and demolition.
• Organizational skills, assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, and solution-oriented working style.
• Category B driver's license.
