Runge AG seeks a Civil Engineer for high-rise construction in Glarus or Uster. The role involves full-cycle project planning and supervision for diverse clients within an innovative, sustainable-focused team.

This position focuses on the end-to-end management of high-rise construction and civil engineering projects. The engineer will handle planning, execution, and documentation for both private and public sector clients, supporting the company’s goal of delivering sustainable building solutions in the German-speaking region of Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects in traditional high-rise construction and civil engineering.
• Plan new structures, renovations, and maintenance works for various client types.
• Oversee projects through all stages, from initial studies and detailed planning to execution and final documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering (FH/ETH) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction principles.
• Proficient command of the German language.
• Familiarity with Swiss building standards and local construction practices.
