Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise a GEAX rotary drilling rig across various civil engineering projects.
- Independently organize and coordinate daily work activities on construction sites.
- Lead, support, and manage a small team of construction workers.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and professional standards during all operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in civil engineering, demolition, or special civil engineering contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, reliably, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong team orientation, resilience, and flexibility in dynamic work environments.
