Responsibilities

• Organize all building maintenance tasks for the school facilities Schönenbüel and the municipal buildings.
• Operate and maintain all technical systems.
• Plan the deployments of your employees and ensure the smooth operation of the weekend and on-call service.
• Support your team actively in all tasks that arise.

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training with a Federal Vocational Certificate (EFZ) in the field of building technology.
• Have leadership experience or several years of experience in team leadership in a related industry.
• Strong organizational skills, high social competence, resilience, and assertiveness.
• EDV user skills and proficiency in verbal/written expression.
• Service-oriented, reliable, and approachable contact person who leads their area with high independence and skill.
• Willing to take on planned irregular shifts.

Nice to have

• Further trained as a building superintendent (Hauswart/in) with a Federal Specialist Certificate.
• Preferably live in the immediate vicinity.
