Data Center Technician - Switzerland - Zug - On-site

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and other hardware.
• Monitor data center operations remotely and on-site, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot networking devices, including Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage and troubleshoot Linux and Windows-based systems, performing updates, patches, and security enhancements.
• Document all installations, repairs, maintenance tasks, and system performance.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data center infrastructure.
• Collaborate with remote IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance data center operations.
