A mid-level building drafter with ArchiCAD expertise is needed for a long-term on-site contract in Chêne-Bourg, focusing on large-scale building modeling and coordination.

This position supports a major client in Chêne-Bourg by contributing to a significant, large-scale project within a dedicated team. The primary focus is on creating and managing detailed digital models of various building structures.

Responsibilities

• Create and update digital models of building structures using ArchiCAD.
• Conduct on-site surveys to gather accurate data.
• Incorporate all static structural elements into the digital models.
• Maintain and update existing architectural plans.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams.
• Attend coordination meetings and assist with project tracking.

Requirements

• Previous experience in building drafting.
• Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD software.
• Proven ability to model large complexes, such as industrial facilities or collective housing.
• Availability starting in September or October for a minimum duration of 10 months.
