Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality nursing care in collaboration with patients and their environment.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it at team and hospital levels.
• Assess performance and adapt it for continuous quality improvement.
• Contribute to the further development of the department.
• Care for, support, and advise new employees, trainees, and students.

Anforderungen

• Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/ FH /DNII / AKP
• Fluent German (min. B2)
• Proficiency in common computer programs
• Dynamic and constructive attitude
• Social competence, team skills, and communication skills
