Aufgaben

• Provide professional and individual care and supervision to residents in the living groups and assisted living daily.
• Perform daily care using the kinesthetic approach and train learners.
• Recognize and manage emergency situations.
• Independently and completely manage electronic nursing documentation.
• Work primarily in early and late shifts (no night shifts) and occasionally take house responsibility in the late shift.

Anforderungen

• Training as a certified nursing professional HF or FH, AKP, DNII, DNI or PsyKP.
• Experience working with people with dementia, preferably with a psychological background.
• Good oral and written German skills.
