Aufgaben

• Help build a motivated nursing team with training responsibilities and support vocational training as a contact person for learners and students HF.
• As a reference person, motivate and empower patients to co-shape their recovery process and pursue their goals.
• Contribute your valuable experience and perspective to the interprofessional team to ensure high treatment quality.
• As a nursing reference person, accompany and support patients and maintain contact with their relatives.
• Design a varied daily structure and actively participate in weekly activities (e.g., sports group or conversation group).
• Responsible for the entire treatment planning from admission to discharge.

Anforderungen

• You are a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (or possess an equivalent diploma from abroad recognized in Switzerland).
• You have an interest in complex issues and result-oriented professional discussions.
• You enjoy reference person work and designing the nursing process from admission to discharge.
