Einsatzdisponent:in Intervention

Aufgaben

• Dispatch intervention resources and personnel to incident locations across Switzerland.
• Dispatch resources to ensure high and rapid availability.
• Build and lead command conversations with a situation overview.
• Implement alarms from SBB emergency and crisis organization staffs.
• Manage the intervention situation nationwide and take measures in case of deviations.

Anforderungen

• High reliability, flexibility, and pronounced communication skills.
• High stress tolerance; maintaining overview in exceptional situations.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system (7x24) in Bern.
• Enjoy working with modern IT systems.

Von Vorteil

• Experience in railway operations, fire brigade, or control room/dispatch.
• Knowledge of three national languages (German/French/Italian).
