- Rotate annually through departments like program, marketing, communication, personnel, and accounting.
- Handle diverse administrative duties across various teams during the rotation.
- Manage client interactions at the reception desk, via telephone, and through email.
- Assist in planning and executing events and occasions across the canton.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
- Show motivation to learn and develop with guidance from RTR.
- Have a passion for the Romansh language and its use in professional contexts.
- Enjoy teamwork while also being capable of working independently.
- Hold a Profile E or M (with professional maturity) in the services and administration branch.
