Enseignant-e en didactique

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver teaching in didactics, mainly in the minor 'Enseignement et conseil'.
• Accompany students during teaching internships and supervise their work.
• Acquire and carry out research projects focused on vocational training in Switzerland and abroad.
• Plan and carry out continuing education courses on didactics in vocational training.
• Support internal continuing education in didactics.

Profil recherché

• Master's degree in educational sciences or didactics, or a master's in vocational training with additional qualification in didactics.
• In-depth knowledge of pedagogy and didactics.
• Several years of experience in teaching, ideally at the vocational training level.
• Experience in research and success in acquiring competitive third-party funding.
• Native French or German with excellent command of the other language; English knowledge for international projects.
