Executive Chauffeur 80-100%

Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive Chauffeur (80-100%) based in Zürich. The role involves providing safe, high-quality ground transportation for senior leadership while maintaining the corporate vehicle fleet.

The company requires a dedicated professional to ensure secure and timely ground transfers for senior executives and their guests. This position also involves proactive management of the corporate car fleet to guarantee all vehicles remain in excellent working order.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for board members and senior management.
• Deliver passengers in a secure, comfortable, and punctual manner.
• Execute travel directives, including assignments that extend beyond standard business hours.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle to ensure it remains fully operational and ready for use.
• Assist with occasional administrative duties within the department as needed.

Requirements

• Hold a fully qualified professional chauffeur license for limousines, buses, or other passenger transport, including all necessary Swiss driving permits (BPT/121).
• Possess at least eight years of experience in the servicing sector, specifically within VIP or limousine transportation and hospitality.
• Demonstrate a confident, positive, and service-focused demeanor.
• Communicate effectively in both German and English.
• Maintain a dynamic and physically fit condition.
• Exhibit discretion, politeness, and high reliability, with a clean criminal background.
• Reside within a 45-minute commute of the Quai Zurich Headquarters.
