Aufgaben

• Perform all usual building maintenance tasks at client sites.
• Clean buildings, sanitary facilities, and general areas.
• Care for and maintain outdoor areas (lawn care, snow removal, leaf work).
• Perform minor repairs and manual work.
• Monitor and operate building technology.
• Coordinate and support external service providers.

Anforderungen

• Completed training as a building maintenance specialist EFZ or several years of experience as a caretaker.
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding.
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented way of working.
• Physical fitness and resilience.
• Driver's license category B is mandatory.
• Good German skills in speech and writing.
