Aufgaben

• Ensures care and supervision of residents within the framework of primary nursing, including professional and evidence-based care.
• Takes responsibility for individual, goal-oriented, and dignified care of residents.
• Uses keen observation skills and communicates changes in behavior or condition of residents clearly and appropriately.
• Takes daily responsibility and works in nursing.

Anforderungen

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Experience in acute or long-term care and in-depth knowledge in at least one of our specialist areas: ventilated care or dementia.
• Knowledge of RAI-NH.
• Empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality.
