Aufgaben

• Conducts compliance checks and supports specialists in their area.
• Coordinates inspections with responsible specialist departments.
• Carries out shell construction inspections and accompanies projects in this phase.
• Conducts final inspections and creates the corresponding final letters.
• Performs follow-up inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Clarifies illegally created buildings and structures.
• Evaluates and processes solar and energy reports.

Anforderungen

• Training in architecture, high or low construction (FH, higher vocational school or comparable).
• Good understanding of the building permit area and experience as a building administrator.
• Interest in planning, building and planning law.
• Strong customer orientation, independent, precise work, and high organizational skills.
• Confident demeanor, quick comprehension, and team player.
• Very good oral and written communication skills, tailored to the addressee.
• Very good IT knowledge and digital competencies, resilience, initiative, and foresight.
