Aufgaben

• Building new delivery areas for weekly newspaper integration and participating in their introduction.
• Planning and organizing delivery routes and coordinating staff deployment.
• Serving as the first point of contact for dispatch staff and supporting them with organizational and operational questions.
• Recruiting, leading, and supporting dispatch staff, including onboarding.
• Ensuring delivery quality and managing complaints.
• Handling administrative tasks related to delivery organization and maintaining data.
• Contributing improvement ideas, optimizing processes, and developing the delivery organization.

Anforderungen

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery, or personnel deployment planning.
• Experience in setting up, organizing, or developing operational structures.
• Willingness to take responsibility and enjoyment in designing and implementing new things.
• Commercial knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Structured, independent, and reliable work style, maintaining overview in hectic situations.
• Open, winning personality and possession of a category B driver's license.
