Responsibilities
- Rotate through various departments to gain broad exposure.
- Tackle real-world business cases and take ownership of assigned projects.
- Contribute directly to business results through hands-on work.
Requirements
- Hold a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM, Economics, Business, Law, or a related field, graduating within the past 12 months or within the next 6 months.
- Be available for full-time work.
- Demonstrate fluency in both English and German.
- Possess prior experience in sales.
- Have international experience, such as studying, working abroad, or collaborating in a global setting.
- Be a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
- Have the legal right to work in Switzerland (e.g., residency or visa).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with French or Italian.
