This graduate program is designed for career starters to build a personalized career path within a diverse international team spanning over 25 countries. Participants will engage with real business cases, taking ownership of projects and directly influencing business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various departments to gain broad exposure.
• Tackle real-world business cases and take ownership of assigned projects.
• Contribute directly to business results through hands-on work.

Requirements

• Hold a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM, Economics, Business, Law, or a related field, graduating within the past 12 months or within the next 6 months.
• Be available for full-time work.
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and German.
• Possess prior experience in sales.
• Have international experience, such as studying, working abroad, or collaborating in a global setting.
• Be a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
• Have the legal right to work in Switzerland (e.g., residency or visa).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with French or Italian.
