This position focuses on delivering energetic group fitness sessions while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants. The instructor acts as a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through their fitness journey with enthusiasm and professional oversight.
Responsibilities
- Conduct group fitness classes, specifically in Freestyle and LesMills formats, while sharing expertise with high energy.
- Oversee client safety and engagement before, during, and after each session.
- Foster a positive group atmosphere and encourage participants to reach their personal performance goals.
- Ensure the fitness studio remains tidy, organized, and clean at all times.
- Provide clients with advice on available services and offerings based on professional knowledge.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid work permit for Switzerland.
- Holding a recognized diploma as a group fitness instructor.
- Good proficiency in spoken and written French.

- Completion of group fitness instructor training or enrollment in such a program.
- Flexibility to step in and cover shifts for substitute instructors when needed.
