This position supports a prestigious household by delivering personalized, high-level guest services, ensuring exceptional care and attention for VIP visitors.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized VIP guest services with a focus on care and attention to detail.
- Welcome and entertain guests, providing a warm and attentive experience.
- Respond quickly and professionally to all guest requests and feedback.
- Help plan and execute in-house events and gatherings.
- Arrange transportation shuttles and make restaurant reservations as needed.
- Provide driving support when required.
- Work with cleaning staff to ensure the household remains spotless.
- Handle shopping and other errands on behalf of guests or the household.
Requirements
- Currently studying or graduated from a Swiss hotel management school.
- Fluent in English, with German being an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Highly professional with strong attention to detail.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent guest service.
- Self-reliant, adaptable, discreet, and well-organized.
- Polished appearance and excellent manners expected.
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
