Head AI Strategy and Governance

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global AI strategy, aligning it with business objectives and innovation goals.
• Establish and maintain robust AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Lead the AI Steering Committee, providing strategic guidance and decision-making support.
• Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI, addressing risks related to bias, fairness, and transparency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into clinical, operational, and commercial processes.
• Monitor emerging AI trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies regarding AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in AI strategy, governance, and leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Proven track record of implementing AI governance frameworks and ethical AI practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment.
