This position supports the maintenance and repair of building envelopes for both private and industrial clients. The role focuses on hands-on work in pairs, ensuring high-quality results in waterproofing and sheet metal tasks while maintaining a respectful and collegial team environment within a stable family business.

Responsibilities

• Supporting repair and maintenance activities on private and industrial buildings.
• Executing waterproofing and sheet metal tasks on both steep and flat roofs alongside team members.
• Carrying out minor renovations for flat roofs.
• Setting up fall protection systems to ensure safety during work.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the construction sector, ideally in primary or secondary trades, with a preference for candidates skilled in waterproofing or sheet metal work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German.
• Ability to interact professionally with private customers.

Nice to have

• A valid driver's license category B.
