HOUSE MANAGER | EN & FR | LIVEOUT | SCHÖNRIED

SDI Human Resources GmbH seeks a mid-level House Manager in Schönried, CH, for a full-time live-out position. The role involves household administration, light housekeeping, driving, and garden maintenance, requiring fluency in English or French and experience in household management.

This position requires a versatile and dedicated individual to manage various household operations, ensuring a well-organized and secure living environment for the family.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and handle light housekeeping duties to maintain a tidy home.
• Manage vacuuming and ensure the living space remains clean and orderly.
• Implement and maintain security measures for the household.
• Handle contracting and administrative tasks related to household operations.
• Oversee the overall administration of the household.
• Drive family members, principals, and children as needed.
• Demonstrate safe driving skills, especially on snow-covered roads.
• Maintain the garden and outdoor areas.
• Perform interior and exterior maintenance tasks.
• Use local networks to coordinate with various contractors.
• Manage relationships with external service providers.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a House Manager, including responsibilities for security and administration.
• Ability to handle caretaking, light housekeeping, and maintenance tasks.
• Proven driving skills, including experience in snowy conditions.
• Understanding of gardening practices and outdoor space care.
• Strong ability to coordinate and manage contractors.
• Fluency in either English or French; German is an advantage.
