Mid-level full-time Housekeeper position in Gstaad, CH, for a prestigious family. Live-out role requiring housekeeping, light admin, and flexible hours. Must speak Italian, French, English, or Spanish and have a driver’s license. No cat allergies. Rapid start available.

This role is for a dedicated housekeeper to support a high-end family in Gstaad, ensuring the household remains clean, organized, and well-run. The position involves routine housekeeping, light administrative tasks, and occasional meal preparation, with flexible scheduling during the family’s residence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the entire home through thorough cleaning and organization.
• Complete minor administrative tasks including sending photos via WhatsApp, emailing invoices, and compiling expense lists in Excel.
• Prepare simple meals when needed.
• Adjust work hours flexibly during the family’s stay; work standard hours Monday to Friday when they are away.
• Periodically inspect and maintain the family’s vehicle to ensure it functions properly.
• Coordinate with the house Concierge and Family Offices.
• Run necessary errands before and during the family’s presence.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in housekeeping, preferably in luxury private residences.
• No allergies to cats, as the family brings their pet with them.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle ownership required.
• Fluency in at least one of the following: Italian, French, English, or Spanish.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on family schedule.
• Strong sense of responsibility, treating the chalet as if it were one’s own home.

• Experience with light cooking is beneficial.
