Infrontsportsmediaag in Zug, CH, seeks a Senior ICT System & Network Engineer (80-100%) to design and manage enterprise network and security infrastructure in a hybrid work environment. The role requires expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid Active Directory, and network security, with fluency in German and English.
This role involves shaping and operating a modern enterprise network environment within a dynamic, international sports-focused organisation. The engineer will design, operate, and continuously improve network and security infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security across the global IT environment, contributing to a collaborative, hands-on, and fast-moving team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure cloud services
- Oversee and optimise hybrid server environments and infrastructure platforms
- Maintain secure identity and access controls within a Microsoft hybrid environment
- Operate and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including core and access switching, VLANs, and network segmentation
- Support secure network access and connectivity, including Network Access Control (NAC) and firewall systems
- Lead and assist in IT infrastructure and network projects from planning to implementation
- Continuously improve IT system and security architecture for scalability, availability, and protection
- Coordinate with external partners and consultants in your domain
- Assess, test, and source new hardware and software solutions
- Design technical concepts and IT architecture solutions
- Develop and implement IT processes aligned with business and operational needs
- Monitor and respond to security incidents to reduce risk and operational disruption
- Ensure regular software updates, patching, and lifecycle management
- Assist the IT Service Desk with daily operations, escalations, and troubleshooting
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in ICT System Engineer or Network Engineering roles
- Completed IT apprenticeship, higher technical education, or degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft hybrid cloud components
- Experience with IT infrastructure services in hybrid environments
- Background in enterprise network and network security
- Fluency in both German and English
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Cisco and Aruba technologies, including Aruba ClearPass, Forescout CounterACT, Barracuda CloudGen Firewall, and Barracuda Control Center
- Experience with enterprise wireless environments, including Aruba Access Points, Aruba Mobility Controller, and Aruba Mobility Conductor
