• Installation and maintenance of plumbing, hydronic, and air conditioning systems, both civil and industrial.
• Troubleshooting and repairing leaks, damaged pipes, and malfunctioning sanitary ware.
• Assembly and installation of water supply and drainage networks, in compliance with current regulations.
• Replacement and testing of boilers, heat pumps, water heaters, and faucets.
• Autonomous reading and interpretation of technical drawings and system schematics.

Requisiti

• Consolidated previous experience in the role of plumber for at least 3 years.
• Competence in the use of all construction site equipment and instrumentation.
• Category B driving license (self-mobility) for moving around construction sites throughout the Canton of Ticino.
• Precision, reliability, and excellent problem-solving skills in emergency situations.
• Immediate availability.
