Aufgaben

• Record and manage orders in SAP
• Monitor order confirmations and delivery dates, and send reminders for deviations
• Handle quality and complaint issues with suppliers
• Maintain master and order data
• Maintain and expand relationships with suppliers
• Request, compare, and evaluate offers
• Negotiate prices and conditions
• Assist with second-source strategies and procurement of electronic and mechanical components

Anforderungen

• Completed commercial basic training, equivalent or further commercial training
• Good German and English skills
• Skilled use of MS Office

Von Vorteil

• First purchasing experience desired
• Knowledge in the field of electronics or electronic components is an advantage
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage
