Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive painting work in both interior and exterior areas
- Apply wallpaper, especially decorative wallpapers and fiberglass mesh, with expertise
- Maintain precise alignment of patterns (Rapporte) and mix colors accurately
- Work independently and collaboratively with clients
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with contact partners
- Demonstrate flexibility, dynamism, and resilience
Requirements
- Completed training as a painter (Maler/in EFZ) is required
- Several years of professional experience in Switzerland
- Very good German skills in writing and speaking
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Serious character, well-groomed appearance, and trustworthiness
- Resilient and team-oriented personality
- High quality awareness, precise and complete work
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to deliver above-average performance
