Aufgaben

• Operating, monitoring, setting up, and converting machines and production lines for product packaging.
• Organizing the workplace with order processing and material retrieval.
• Detecting and resolving disruptions and supporting the technical service during revisions.
• Conducting quality controls, cleaning work, and active participation in continuous improvement processes.
• Technical supervision and instruction of assigned employees at the machine.

Anforderungen

• Basic training in the food or technical sector, or experience operating complex packaging machines (e.g., vertical form-fill-seal machines, multihead weighers, multipackers).
• Some experience working in a production company.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Good German skills in speech and writing.
