This position involves executing masonry projects within the Greater Zug region, specifically targeting high-rise structures such as buildings and bridges. The role combines hands-on construction with technical leadership and planning responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build structures like bridges and high-rise buildings using masonry techniques.
• Apply traditional craftsmanship alongside modern machinery and construction methods.
• Construct walls and structures using brick, natural stone, and concrete materials.
• Set up scaffolding, apply plaster finishes, and install sewer piping systems.
• Organize work processes both in terms of content and scheduling.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and support employee training initiatives.
• Operate heavy machinery including concrete mixers and compactors.
• Perform physically demanding tasks requiring full physical exertion.

Requirements

• Completion of a formal apprenticeship or training program in masonry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead colleagues in technical matters.
• High level of physical resilience and stamina.
• Competence in operating various technical construction equipment.
