As the on-site contact for tenants, staff, and external contractors, this position supports internal relocations and move-ins/outs while ensuring the smooth operation of technical building systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and upkeep on floor-layer equipment such as Teflon vacuum cleaners, sanding machines, and turbo strippers.
- Conduct electrical safety inspections and general equipment checks.
- Maintain and care for all indoor and outdoor building facilities.
- Monitor and operate technical installations including heating, ventilation, and security systems.
- Organize and supervise maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Completed vocational or mechanical training.
- Hands-on experience in repairing small machines.
- Valid driving license Category B.
