Aufgaben

• Maintenance, upkeep, and repair of machines and plants in the foundry operation.
• Systematic troubleshooting and sustainable repair of malfunctions in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Implementation and further development of preventive maintenance measures.
• Complete documentation of executed work in the maintenance system.
• Active participation in optimizations to increase plant availability and efficiency.
• Participation in shopfloor management and close exchange with production and technology.

Anforderungen

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g., machine, industrial, or foundry mechanic or comparable).
• Solid knowledge in mechanics and experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• High technical understanding as well as quality and safety awareness.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
• Good German skills in speech and writing.
• Willingness to work in 2-shift system and 24/7 on-call service.
• Must possess a driver's license category B.

Von Vorteil

• Experience in the foundry environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
