This position supports the logistics operations within a deep freeze facility, focusing on receiving incoming goods and assisting with order preparation. The role requires working 100% employment across evening and night shifts, ensuring smooth warehouse flow during non-standard hours.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting incoming shipments of fruits, vegetables, dairy, and frozen items during evening and night hours
- Transporting and storing products in designated warehouse zones
- Picking customer orders in a -25°C environment
- Performing internal stock transfers and regular inventory checks
- Handling cleaning duties and waste disposal tasks
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience in order picking
- Familiarity with digital picking technologies
- German language proficiency at B1 level for both reading and speaking
- Ability to learn quickly, work reliably, and operate independently
- Physical stamina, flexibility, and availability for Sundays and public holidays
