Aufgaben

• Independent execution of assembly and service assignments for LED profiles and special lights.
• Soldering work, segment changes, and replacement of power supplies in LED profiles.
• On-site error analysis and DALI programming at the device level.
• Warranty and service work: repair, replacement, and adjustment of lights and covers.
• Customer advice and technical support on-site.
• Documentation of assignments for traceability and quality assurance.
• Support in planning and coordination of assignments, including adherence to deadlines and communication of delays.
• Ensuring a clean, well-maintained appearance and service vehicles.

Anforderungen

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ / assembly electrician EFZ or several years of experience in this function.
• Travel readiness in Switzerland.
• Driver's license category B.
