Aufgaben

• Reception and patient care at the counter and by phone
• Coordination and organization of appointments and ensuring a smooth practice workflow
• Assisting with medical examinations and treatments
• Performing blood draws, injections, and simple diagnostic tests
• Performing laboratory work including analysis and documentation of results
• Administrative tasks such as billing, recording services, and correspondence
• Maintaining and managing patient records while adhering to data protection

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Organizational skills and structured way of working
• Sense of responsibility and discretion in handling patient data
• Resilience even in hectic situations
• Teamwork and good German skills in speech and writing
