• Coordinate and organize daily care based on the nursing concept.
• Recognize and handle emergency situations.
• Ensure information flow to residents, relatives, and the nursing team.

Anforderungen

• Training as a certified nurse (Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann).
• Experience in long-term care or home care, and with dementia patients.
• Interest in nursing development and improving nursing quality.
• Economic thinking and good RAI knowledge.
