• Perform conventional and endovascular interventions in the arterial and venous vascular system.
• Perform on-call duties after training.
• Mentor and support the professional qualification of junior doctors.
• Actively participate in clinical studies.
• Support research projects and publish scientifically.
• Independently conduct vascular surgery outpatient consultations.

• Hold a specialist title in vascular surgery or be close to completing it.
• Be flexible, engaged, and value interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration.
• Demonstrate teamwork, willingness to learn and perform, and resilience.
