The Evangelical-Reformed Parish of Cadi is seeking a visionary leader to serve as Minister and CEO in a 60–80% capacity. As the current pastor transitions in February 2026, the parish needs a successor ready to embrace new working methods within a dynamic community and an innovative organizational structure. The role is deeply integrated with the foundation Tür auf – mo vinavon, which uniquely blends ecclesiastical service with entrepreneurial management.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse range of duties spanning pastoral care, parish administration, and organizational management.
- Guide and enhance the overall church community and its activities.
- Direct socio-cultural and inter-cultural initiatives under the Tür auf – mo vinavon foundation.
- Hold both spiritual and administrative accountability for the parish and its operations.
- Drive the ongoing evolution of both the foundation and the local parish.
- Introduce fresh concepts and non-traditional strategies to modernize church work.
Requirements
- Fluency in German is essential.
