Aufgaben

• Responsible for nursing development and quality assurance on the intensive care unit.
• Evaluates implemented nursing measures and adapted methods.
• Leads projects and actively works in working groups on the ICU and with other nursing experts.
• Takes responsibility for monitoring, care, and accompaniment of patients in demanding and complex nursing situations.

Anforderungen

• Several years of professional experience as a Dipl. Expert in Intensive Care Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Fluent German.

• Currently studying for or planning to start a Master of Science in Nursing (MScN).
• Supplementary degree of MAS or CAS.
