Responsabilités

• Assume technical responsibility for the hospital pharmacy.
• Ensure legal, economical, and efficient drug supply.
• Advise physicians, nursing staff, and other staff on drug use, therapeutic safety, and supply.
• Participate in developing and implementing quality assurance standards and processes.
• Manage the drafting of drug information and associated documentation.
• Provide professional support in clinical pharmacy.
• Create consumption statistics and various reports.
• Lead the drug commission and support medication process questions.
• Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to ensure optimal care and professional development.

Profil recherché

• University degree in pharmacy with Swiss practice authorization.
• Several years of professional experience in hospital pharmacy, ideally in a leadership function.
• Excellent knowledge of French and/or German, orally and in writing, and good knowledge of the other language.

Atouts

• Postgraduate FPH title in hospital pharmacy.
• Knowledge of SAP and M-KIS.
