This internship at febo brandschutz GmbH in Münchenstein offers hands-on training in electrical installation inspections, developed with VSEK, covering final, acceptance, and periodic checks under authority supervision.

The internship training was developed in collaboration with VSEK to transfer theoretical specialist knowledge regarding the inspection of electrical installations into practice. Candidates learn about the processes and necessity of final, acceptance, and periodic electrical inspections in daily operations. The role provides insight into the competencies required to exercise future, demanding, and responsible professional activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and carrying out final, acceptance, or periodic electrical inspections, including administrative controls, while supervised by the inspection authority.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for clients on-site and provide information to system operators.
• Draft defect reports that include deadlines and reference relevant standards.
• Prepare measurement and test protocols.
• Generate safety proofs.
• Document a control performed during the internship through written descriptions and photographs, under the supervision of the inspection authority.

Requirements

• Be present full-time and participate in the intended minimum two internship days.
