Medimeo AG seeks an experienced physician to join an established Lake Constance practice, with a clear path to eventual ownership and flexible working arrangements.
This position is based in a well-established general practice located directly on Lake Constance. The role is designed as a long-term career move rather than a temporary assignment, offering the opportunity to eventually take over the practice while managing a large and growing patient base.
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive primary care for a substantial and expanding group of patients.
- Diagnosing and treating both acute illnesses and chronic health conditions.
- Performing preventive health checks and implementing preventive medicine strategies.
- Conducting home visits and providing care for residents in elderly care facilities.
- Carrying out minor surgical interventions, wound management, and emergency treatments.
- Utilizing in-house diagnostic tools such as laboratory testing, ECG, lung function tests, and long-term blood pressure monitoring.
Requirements
- Holding a specialist qualification in General Internal Medicine, Practical Doctor, or General Practitioner.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to long-term patient relationships.
- Working independently and taking full responsibility for medical decisions.
- Exhibiting a team-oriented approach with empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
