Aufgaben

• Request and evaluate offers for project cost estimation.
• Create tender documents and basic cost estimates for pricing complex facade constructions.
• Calculate variations and changes in collaboration with project managers.
• Advise customers and actively participate in tender negotiations.

Anforderungen

• Completion of a craft profession (e.g., metal facade builder or sheet metal worker) and possibly further training as construction foreman, builder, or technical commercial manager.
• Several years of experience in a comparable position.
• Excellent communication skills and healthy self-confidence.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Von Vorteil

• Professional experience as a project manager is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Messerli (tender tool) and Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
