Independent budgeting and responsible maintenance of accounting.
Manage recipient-appropriate correspondence and independently create reports.
Conduct negotiations with the public, authorities, utilities, and third parties.
Anforderungen
Training as a civil engineer FH or civil engineering technician HF, or completed basic technical training in civil engineering (construction manager or foreman in civil engineering).
Possession or willingness to undergo training as 'Expert in Property Drainage VSA'.
Several years of experience as a project manager in various areas of civil engineering.
Knowledge in procurement and project management.
Proficiency and style security in oral and written expression.
Team-oriented, independent, motivated, and goal-oriented personality with assertiveness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
