Aufgaben

• Record customer and technician orders in D/F/I/E.
• Provide technical information on spare parts across the entire product range.
• Enter orders via phone, fax, and email in the ERP system.
• Monitor delivery dates.
• Create credit notes and invoices, including inventory monitoring and corrections.
• Process and coordinate the retrofitting of technician vehicles.
• Create customs documents for international shipments.
• Assist with inventory for the entire warehouse.

Anforderungen

• Completed vocational training (KV-Ausbildung).
• Experience in the technical sector.
• Good manners, customer-oriented thinking and action.
• Independent, exact, team-oriented and reliable personality.
• Fluent oral and written German.
• French knowledge at level B2 (oral and written).
